Qualified for SSDI 2020, retro to 2019. Got the money in 2020 which includes 2019 money. Do I declare it in 2019? No SSA-1099 form received.

You will declare it in 2020, when you receive it and with the data from your 1099-SA. TurboTax will allow you to indicate that the money was for 2019, received in 2020, and special rules will apply to avoid over payment of tax on the income.
