I am not seeing a screen allowing me to enter a portion of my RMD to a QCD.

As long as the qualifications are met to make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD), such as your age and your taking the distribution from an IRA, the question about whether you made a QCD will come up after you enter the Form 1099-R that is reporting the distribution.
