Our 1099 shows an income total, but most of that income was given out to other contractors on 1099 forms. How do we adjust for the amount that we did not keep?

Enter the amounts paid to your contractors as a business expense.  When selecting the type of business expenses you want to work on, select Contract Labor and enter the total paid to your contractors there.  See the sample screenshot attached, plus steps below for how to be brought to Schedule C business expense entry in TurboTax.
