OPM 1099-R with comment from OPM

Hi

Since retirement my OPM 1099 -R has always left 2A as "unknown", then put comment down below that annuity reduced by "x" dollars under court order of apportionment and lists ex by name..

I'm sure this may have been asked before, so what is my taxable amount, my gross minus the $ ex rec'd? our decree states she is responsible for taxes from annuity...Tks.
