Only recieve formSSA-1099

How do I file my return with only this form? I e-filed all ready with form 1040 SR. Social Security is our only income, and because our joint income is just over the minimum we still have to file. Turbo Tax says its completed, but we dont know how to e-sign it, or enter our banking info. I filed this on my mobile phone, and printed out a PDF of it. Please desperately seeking help.

Please go to Where's my refund . The IRS will tell you when you can expect your refund, if you have in fact filed successfully.

To verify you have not filed:

  1. Sign in to TurboTax.
  2. Scroll down to Your tax return & documents (you may need to select Show),
  3. select 2019 and then Amend (change) return.
  4. If you only see the option to amend 2018 or earlier, it's because you can't amend an un-filed 2019 return.
  5. Instead, just select Pick up where you left off, make your changes.

If the program says you have e-filed, then you have already filed electronically. The question is was it accepted or rejected.

  • If accepted, the first IRS link knows all.
  • If rejected, then you can go in and add your bank information.

Since you have the pdf, you can see the banking information. If it is blank, they will mail you the check. Unless you paid for your return out of your refund, then everything is processed through Santa Barbara bank according to your instructions.
