I only had health insurance marketplace for 2 months. I don't understand what is the Monthly premium SLCSP?

Yes, don't enter any 0's when entering your 1095-A into TurboTax.

Only enter the fields on your form where amounts are shown.

You don't need to enter the SLCSP, if it is blank on your form, but click this link for a SLCSP Tool you can use to check it.
