Enter Forms Mode (click the Forms icon in the upper right side of the screen).

In Forms Mode, click Open Form, locate the Other Deductions Not Subject to 2% form in the list of forms, and open that form so that it is visible on your screen (see first screenshot).

Scroll down the Line 15a Statement and enter your expenses (see second screenshot).
