If someone was buying product from you, you are not required to send her a 1099 form.  The 1099-Misc form is to report income you paid to someone.

 

If you paid someone over $600 for their services, i.e. consulting, teaching, bookkeeping, etc. then you would issue them a 1099-Misc with the amount you paid them in Box 7, Non-Employee Compensation.

 

Since she is purchasing product from you this form is not required to be filed.
