On Form SSA-1099, have a item "Deductions for work or other adjustments". Where is it entered?

Box 5 is 23,237.  Under box 3, Benefits for 2023 are 26,266, and after deducting the "Deductions for work or other adjustments" 6029, it equals line 5 of 23,237.  How do I enter the 6029?

The difference between box 5 and box 3 is $3029. 

You don't need to enter that amount. Just enter the amount in Box 5 (net Benefits). Box 5 equals Box 3 minus Box 4.
