Ohio. Northwood SD 8706. Has school district tax. My only income is from the state retirement fund OPERS. Do I owe school district tax?

The Ohio Tax units only answer was, you didn't pay it last year. I knew that. I wanted to know if that was in error.

A. No.

The Ohio School District Income Tax (SDIT) comes in two versions, Traditional and Earned Income. Northwood 8706 is an Earned income SD. You are not required to file a SDIT return (form SD100) since you have no earned income.

Do I pay tax on rollover IRA? Got 1099-R & 5498, but TT says higher tax & penalty for early w/d & doesn't ask about rollover. Says don't enter info from 5498.
