Need help with cf-1040 battlecreek form turbo did not enter correctly and the software said it not right .i have to manually enter on line 10 and i don't know what to do

i am spreading  to 3 years tax 1/3 year each . what do i enter CF-1040 line 10 on column A/ B/  and C ? turbodelux did not enter correctly.  software said numbers are wrong .  
i  am not sure why i pay pension to city cuz i dont think i pay to MI only fed.
