My parents live in Bulgaria and I am supporting them every month, because their pension per month is less than $300 combined. I am a US citizen, but they are not. Claim?

Unfortunately, you would not be able to claim them for "Credit for Other Dependents", a $500 Credit for other dependents because one of the requirements is that they are either a US citizen, US resident alien or US national.
