My grandparents who’ve both passed. I (POA) can’t find or get SS 2020 year end for, but do have totals for what they received in their bank. How do I add without forms?

I don’t have their year end statement and SS site won’t let me retrieve in their online tools. I have totals, but TT seems to require the actual form and exact info for boxes.

If you know the totals, use the information from a previous year 1099-R for their account number and so forth.

Received no information from IRS about refund. Did suggested Where's My Refund etc. Breakdown seems to be communication with TurboTax when return was filed. File again?
