My federal income is correct but for the state it is duplicating my w-2 on the final document even though I only have 1 w-2. Secondly it is not transferring any of my 1099 forms from federal to state

Try deleting the state return and adding it again.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Select State from the left menu .
3. Continue then click Delete next to the state and confirm that you want to delete.
4. Click on Add a state.
