My company put micro soft 365 on my personal phone it operates on windows 10/11 why cant i do my previous years retuns?

I doubt that your phone really runs Windows, and certainly not as a native operating system.  Office 365 is either a phone app, or a web site that opens in your browser using a scripting language.  Those systems don't support the Turbotax Desktop version.
