My 1099-R form in section 9A (your percentage of total distribution) has 0% but turbo tax has a minimum of 0.01% .. it wont let me proceed without putting something help?

If box 9A of your form 1099-R has 0% in it, on the entry screen of TurboTax, leave box 9A blank. Do not enter 0.
