Maryland LOSAP 1099-R

I receive the LOSAP widow benefit from Maryland for my deceased husband's time as a volunteer fire fighter. When I enter the 1099-R information, does it qualify as Pension Exclusion for Retired Correctional, Law Enforcement or Fire, Rescue Personnel on the Maryland tax form?
