M1PR, does 'Sent in November 2021'/'Sent in March of 2021' refer to the sections above or below? Step 3 is confusing if referencing section below, confirm please?

I am assuming, it it referencing the section above, but the form makes it seem like it is referencing the below.  And of course Step 3 asks for 'Total Taxes Due in 2022' which does not arrive until late mid March to early April

Section 3 is referring to the 2021 property tax statement that you should have received in March or April of last year.  On that statement it lists the first half payment and the second half payment and the total due by the end of January 2022.  That's all you'll need.
