M1PR 2018 line 3 i can not find instructions for what is a qualified retirment plan what lines from my 1099 r do i use ?

I looked at instructions for M1PR and they completely skip line 3

For 2018, line 3 of Form M1PR needs to reflect lines 28 and 32 of federal Schedule 1.

Line 28 of the 2018 Schedule 1 was Self-employed SEP, SIMPLE and qualified plans. Line 32 was your IRA deduction, if any.

Please see the 2018 instructions for Schedule 1 on page 86 of 2018 instructions for Form 1040 for more information.
