Louisiana Teachers Retirement Income is not taxable but is not being excluded

There are a number of other posts similar to this but I cannot trace their solution through my turbotax product.

I have entered by Louisiana Teachers Retirement Income from my 1099-R into the system and I do get to the screen that asks "where is the source of the income?"  I check the box for 03E - LA Teachers Retirement; however, when my state tax return is generated, the income continues to be included as taxable.  There is no exemption on Schedule E for this income.

In some older posts, I see where the screen is asking for Louisiana Distribution amounts and dates of retirement.  I am not seeing that in my 2023 turbotax product.  Did something change or do I need to upgrade?
