Looking for Form 5329 to report exceptions to retirement early withdrawal penalty. After submitting 1099-R, it didn't autogenerate. Not sure where to find it?

You will need to click "continue" after you enter all your Form 1099-Rs to get to "Did you use your IRA to pay for any of these expenses?" or "These situations may lower your tax bill" screen to enter an exception for the 10% early withdrawal penalty.

If this doesn't solve your issue please comment back what code you have in box 7.
