Just trying to make sure I understand this correctly. If I got a Form 5498 from Fidelity for my Roth account, I don't have to list that, correct? Its just for my records?

Correct - the form is for your records.  Your IRA trustee or custodian files Form 5498 with the IRS, not you.

**Answers are correct to the best of my ability but do not constitute tax or legal advice.
