Is your Roth IRA contributions question asking if you had made contributions separate from your paycheck deduction, or do you enter what's on your W-2?
Amounts in box 12 of your W-2 are to be entered only on TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax. The Roth IRA contributions question refers to personal contributions, not to contributions to an employer plan reported on your W-2.
