Yes, you can, but you will need to open up your return again because in most cases, your Roth contributions won't appear on your tax return.
It's very important that you don't change any figures in your return when you open it up because you already filed the return.
Here's how to find your Roth contribution listed in your tax return:
- Sign in to your TurboTax account.
- Select Add State.
- Select Deductions & Credits.
- Select Edit to the right of Traditional and Roth IRA Contributions,
- Continue until you get to Enter Your Roth IRA Contributions. What you entered for Roth contributions will show on this screen.
If you decide that you need to make any changes while you are doing this, sign out and re-enter the return after selecting Amend my return.
