IRA/ 401K question

I'm filling out my taxes and my W-2 has a box telling that I contributed to my 401K. I also have a Roth IRA account with a different amount in it. Do I file my IRA in the retirement contributions or do I just file what was in my W-2?

You will just include your 401(k)/IRA contribution under the W-2 section as reported on your W-2. You would only need to report any additional contribution made (outside your W-2 information) if you receive a 1099-R.
