If the entire amount of my small income was contributed to a SIMPLE IRA, may my spouse's income be used for my Roth IRA contribution?

I am self-employed and only make a very small income.

I contributed all of my income to a SIMPLE IRA.

My husband earned substantially more income.  Can his income be used to fund my Roth IRA?

Yes, if you file jointly and you are otherwise eligible to contribute to a Roth IRA based on modified AGI.
