If married filing joint taxable income is 45,000, how much can I withdraw from my traditional IRA and still stay in the 12% bracket ?

For 2022 the 12% tax bracket for a filing status of Married Filing Jointly is $20,551 - $83,550.  Thus, any taxable income falling within this range is subject to tax of 12%.  Because more than a few factors can affect one's tax liability, try experimenting with the Tax Bracket Calculator from TurboTax.  Here is a link to the Tax Bracket Calculator.  Tax Bracket Calculator
