If I received a corrected 1099, do I just enter it into turbo tax as a regular 1099 or is there another option for that? I have not filed yet.

That depends on the type of 1099. For a corrected 1099-MISC, you'll enter it as you would a regular 1099-MISC. You'll do the same for most other types of corrected 1099 forms. 

However, when you enter a corrected 1099-R in TurboTax, you should select The corrected box is checked. (Click the screenshot below for reference.)
