If I received a 1099-G form marked in BOX 6 taxable grants, where does this amount go, if the only options to fill out in turbotax are box 2,7 and 9. THERE IS NO BOX 6?

When you enter the 1099-G form, there is an option to indicate that it is a taxable grant, and then on the next screen you should see the box 6 entry option as follows:

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post
**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"

I selected the option to pay my state taxes out of my bank account, so why does TurboTax show it came out of my federal refund? Am I paying my state taxes twice? Why?
