If I received 2 1099-G forms (both with box 2), 1 for a 2021 refund and 1 for a 2022 refund, how do I enter both?

I received local income tax refunds for both 2021 and 2022 when I filed taxes in 2023 so I have two 1099-Gs with box 2 filled in. The TurboTax tool only allows me to enter one 1099-G though. If I combine the numbers, I'm only able to select one year so it's still inaccurate.
