Yes, the income will need to be reported, but you may elect to report it on your own return or file a return for your daughter.  The following TurboTax FAQ explains how to report the income in either case. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4000868

Is your dependent a child under under 19 or 24 if student or permanently disabled?

Yes my dependent is under 19 years old.
