If all I have is a 1099R and a SSA1099 and no W 2 form where do I start?

It will ask about W-2's and you can say No to the W-2 area, and then go through all the income areas or follow below and just enter these two income items.

To enter your Social Security benefits reported on form SSA-1099

•    Click on Federal Taxes
•    Click on Wages and Income
•    Click on I'll choose what I work on
•    Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
•    On Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099), click the start or update button

To enter pension and annuity Payments (1099-R)
•    Click on Federal Taxes
•    Click on Wages and Income
•    Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
•    Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
•    On IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), click the start or update button
