I withdrew a traditional IRA from my bank but did not receive any tax document indicating this. Where do I claim this withdrawal on my turbotax?

Your bank should provide you with Form 1099-R for the withdrawal. Important information is on this form that will need to match what you file with your return, including the bank's Tax ID number.

Please request that the bank send another copy to you before you complete your taxes this year.
