I've used turbotax for several years, why is it suddenly asking for my name?

I receive NYS notice DTF-160, notice code 3201. This is an error in Turbotax software when Turbotax did my return. Turbitax had added an unknown number to my FORM IT-370, line 75 (my estimated tax payment) and this screwed up my return
