I recieved a 1099-B for Proceeds that indicates that I made $0.88 on box 1D but loss ($224.09). I am taking standard deduction this year. Must I still use premium?

No, you do not have to use Premium you can use TurboTax Deluxe to file your tax return based upon the information in your question.
