If it needed to be entered, it would have needed to be entered on your 2016 tax return.  You would not enter it on a 2022 tax return.  Whether or not your lump sum payment was taxable, and needed to be reported would depend upon what kind of disability payment it was.  If it was Social Security Disability, it could be taxable.  Social Security Income (SSI) is not taxable.  Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) is potentially taxable.  You can reply back with additional information if want further clarification on whether your lump sum disability payment was taxable.  Or if you are currently receiving disability payments, whether or not they  are taxable.
