I received a 1099 R from an account I rolled over into a Traditional IRA account not a Roth IRA but the program is only asking if it went to a Roth.
Will I be taxed on this rollover distribution?

It is asking questions related to Roth to ensure that it was not rolled over to a Roth.
You just answer "NO" to the Roth questions.
Then the income will not be taxable to you.
