I received a 1099-R distribution from a decesased Parent, RMD does not look correctly calculated.

I received 1099-R from deceased parents' account, as did my siblings.  When I enter into TurboTax, it asks if this was "some/all RMD" or if "None was RMD".   It seems like there should be a third choice...of "None RMD as This was removed prior".  At the moment, if  "None" it seems to take that out by default even if it doesn't apply.  My papers from the payer say the RMD was not withdrawn as this "has already been satisfied prior to this transaction".  Yet it looks like if I pick "none RMD" TurboTax is still withdrawing RMD.  I already had federal taxes taken out also prior this this transaction, but this looks like is it taking out even more.  Should this be happening??
