I received 1099R had a gross distribution of $359.12=Box1,2a=tax amount of $359.12. Box 4=$35.91 federal inc tax with. Bx5 & 6=blank,Bx7=7;X=next How I show on return

This sounds like a normal 1099-R reporting a normal distribution. You can enter the 1099-R into the TurboTax program the way it is reported. Enter the boxes that are reported and leave blank boxes blank. 

To enter a 1099-R

Sign into your account and click Take me to my return and Pick up where I left off if needed

Click   Search   on the top right of the screen

Type   1099-R   into the search box you just opened

Hit your “Enter” key on your key board or click the magnifying glass on the search box

Click on the “Jump to 1099-R” link

Answer the interview questions to continue through the screens
