I overpaid my taxes I filed a 2015 1099R I didn't see the date so I put it in 2017 when I did this already on 2015 can I refile my taxes?

After the 2017 that has been processed (and you get the refund) then you will file an amended return and remove the extra income (1099R) that was added to the 2017 return.

Note:  Amended returns must be printed and mailed in, as cannot be e-filed.
