I over looked a form 1099-R . I NEED TO INCLUDE IT . Please show me how to do that

If you need to add a 1099-R, sign in and click ''Take Me To My Return'' if not already in your return. Click on:

You may need to click on 'Show All Income' in order to find the Retirement section. Screen image attached.
