If you didn't receive a Form 1099-R then you you do not need to enter anything in the retirement section,

A conversion is when you move funds from a pre-tax retirement to an after-tax retirement account. For example, from a traditional IRA to Roth IRA. Conversion are taxable unless you had a basis (after-tax contribution) in the account.
