Your 401K contributions are reported on your W-2, you don't need to enter it anywhere else on your return.

Loan from 401k are not reported on you Tax return. However, if you leave your job, the loan is considered distribution and you will receive form 1099 R.

The form 1099-R is reported on your Federal return.

How can I add my Form W-2C to my tax amendment in TurboTax if I've already filed and been accepted? Do I directly edit my W-2 directly, or is there a place to upload?
