I made contributions to a 401k and Roth IRA in 2018, but did not receive any distributions or 1099-R forms. Do I need to input any information when filing my taxes?

The 401k contribution will be on your W2 in box 12 and you will not need to enter anything else. You can enter the contribution to the Roth IRA by following the instructions below:

  1.  Login to your TurboTax Account
  2. Click "Take Me To My Return"
  3. Click "Federal" from the left side of your screen
  4. Click “Deductions &Credits” on the top
  5. Scroll down to “Retirement and Investments” and click “Show more
  6. Scroll down to “Traditional and Roth IRA Contributions” and click “Start
