I'm trying to locate the payers TIN on a retirement distribution.

I took a draw on my retirement Saving Plan and
 also received a distribution due to being 72 years old. I am trying to list the distribution amount but am unable to because I  can't find the payer's TIN.

Unfortunately, not every 1099-R is the same. The IRS issues a standard version, but many companies have their own layout. It should be near the payer's name and address.
