I lost ssa-rr and csa-1099-r can't file taxes until they are sent to me. Have to file fed. extension and state. Please help me?

Will Fed. give me extension because I can't find my husband's 2019 CSA-1099-R and his 2019 form SSA-1099-Soc.Sec Benefit Statement. CSA will be sent in 2 days. After call SSA-1099 again tomorrow morning.We file jointly with Turbo Tax.
