I just typed my question in the previous box?? I'm being told here I owe a penalty for under paying my 2017 taxes. now it's asking if I want to Annualize Income Method??

The info I received is concerned about a refund. I don't expect to get one. I just want to take care of what turbo tax is wanting me to do. I don't understand

You're seeing these questions because you owe at least $1000 and TurboTax is wanting to know if you earned your income evenly throughout the year, or if you earned it in different amounts during the year. The questions are to help reduce your penalty.
