There is no way to remove the entry

After you enter your SSA-1099 information, TurboTax will ask if you received a lump-sum Social Security payment. If you didn't receive one, answer No .

To revisit that section:

1. Open (continue) your return in TurboTax.
2. Click on Wages and Income. 
3. In the search bar, search for the term Social Security benefits and then select the Jump to link at the top of your search results.
