Under the Business tab in Self-employed or Home & Business, enter the usual business data (I assume you have already done this)

One of the major summary screens in this interview is "Let's gather your business info" - you saw this screen when you first saw the opportunity to enter Business Income and Expenses. 

The problem is that what you want is down below (scroll down to "Less Common Business Deductions"). Click Start for Self-employed Retirement to enter your SEP IRA contributions.
