I have box 15 of 1099-INT checked and state is Texas but Texas is not an option in Turbotax. Why? How can I manage it?

Texas does not have a state income tax, and thus there should never be Texas state income or withholding to report on a Form 1099-INT. Just leave the box 15 blank on the TurboTax 1099-INT screen.
